The support of the Modbus protocol in AMR WinControl allows you to integrate existing systems in new dimensions: Integrate all your Modbus devices via one protocol, each device type is defined by its own, customizable configuration file Flexible acquisition of measured data, switching of digital outputs and output of measured and calculated values.

• Modbus is widely used as an industry standard and is used in many devices.
• Supports serial connections (Modbus RTU) as well as network-connections (Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU-Over-TCP)
• Connections to modbus devices may be used in combination with connections to any other devices
• The WinControl product family is designed for system integration and can be extended by further systems if desired. An extensive list of already integrated systems can be found in the system integration area.

The modbus protoco is available for  AMR WinControl and XTR WinControl.
